Yes, if you wish to have more fun with the game then you will have to get the Dead Island Bloodbath Arena DLC. I have already preordered that and waiting for the arrival. Bloodbath arena reserved for the first DLC (Downloadable Content) is for the Dead Iceland and usually preorder certain versions.

There is no negative point with this that you will not get this. In this DLC hordes of zombies come at you with four new arenas, each with new challenges solo or co-op can be played. Players can play XP and earn new items, which in turn transferred to the Campaign mode. There are also new leaderboards and is called brainwave bomb introduced with this.

If you're still unsure whether you want to invest their money then you must see the videos of that on youtube and I am sure that it will help uou to make the final decision. then you maybe you should play the video below to heart. This includes new challenges, which are held in four dissimilar arenas, you can gather more experience points and use them in the single-player campaign, there are leader-boards, and the 'Brain Wave Bomb' as a new weapon to do so.

DLC package is the complete package and you must get that. It's a desperate struggle for survival, through waves of relentless zombie attack, each more horrific than the last! In this DLC characters experience points and items are to be collected and move them toward the campaign mode. Players can show off their skills within zombie fighting through the recently applied leaderboards. The brainwave bomb which is a new exclusive weapon and because of that the DLC package become complete. The DLC pack is of not cost for every customer who has bought Pre-Order Edition.

I am having the preordered edition and so that is not going to cost me and as this is providing that much of improvement then I am not going to leave that as well. But if you are new to this then before getting this, you must see the minimum system requirement for this. So that you must not face any performance problem.

Minimum System Requirements:
Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
Processor: Core2Duo 2.66 GHz
Memory: 1 GB RAM
7.0 GB available hard drive space
Video: ATI 2600XT 512MB VRAM (GeForce 8600GT)
DirectX : DirectX version =: 9.0 C

Recommended:
Windows 7
Processor Speed: 2.66 GHz Core2Duo
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Aries Video: GeForce 9600 (1G)
7.0 GB available hard drive space
DirectX version: 9.0 C
