Please try again or use Keychain Access to verify your keychain. Error: -2147415734 This error comes even if I enter my name and password. Do anyone know about this error message ?

Try Access to your keychain by following the below steps :

To access your keychain, open Keychain Access (located in / Applications / Utilities, or in the Finder's Go menu, choose Utilities).
In the lower left corner of the Keychain Access "Show Keychains" or "Hide Keychains" (Mac OS X 10.4) or an arrow icon pointing up / down (Mac OS X v10.5 or later) must displayed. If "Show Keychains" or an arrow pointing down appears, click it once.
In the upper left corner of the window, select the first ring, named "session". (If "session" does not appear, look for a bunch of the same name as your existing Mac OS X. According to the method of installation or upgrade selected Mac OS X is chosen, it is possible that the name s 'displays instead of "session".)

Make sure your keychain is unlocked. The lock icon is next to your keychain to appear open or unlocked . If your keychain is locked, select it and click the lock icon located in the upper left corner. You will be prompted for the password to your keychain, which may correspond to that of your user account Mac OS X. If the password for your keychain is different than Mac OS X, you must change the password for your keychain to match. This allows the keychain to unlock automatically when you log on Mac OS X (or when you connect automatically at startup.

Make sure your keychain is set as default keychain, your keychain (or one session with the same name as your user account - see above) must be set as default keychain. This default keychain appears in bold. If your keychain is not set as default keychain, follow these steps:

Select the keychain in Keychain Access window.
In the File menu, choose Make the bunch "(a session or an account name)" by default.
Quit Keychain Access
Restart your computer or log off and then open it again.

Try removing the entry keychain MobileMe Use Keychain Access to delete all elements whose type is "password. Mac." Note: It is normal to see your entry called password MobileMe keychain. Restart your Mac computer or log off and then open it again. Follow again the procedure described in "Quick Test proper operation of your keychain".
