I am facing the same problem I think it’s not available in New Zealand I am trying to download demo of space marine for the whole day and had not success at all in this aspect nothing is working at the movement. Well I don’t have pre order but that shouldn’t matter now as its pass 23rd but I heard lot about this game and want to play. I am actually want to get the game soon but the problem is I want to see the game performance its graphic and control but if I don’t able to play the demo . Does someone had already downloaded the game can help me how can I get the game or just tell me why isn’t this game is not available in my country I would be glad if anyone assist me with this

No I don’t think your country is exceptions to the demo just follow this steps
Register at spacemarine
Join the honor guard community
Reclaim key in there
Activate key via steam
Then download demo
See this if you would works
