Can virus affect the Google Chrome OS?
I have been heard about the Google Chrome operating system that is newly introduced by the Google. So i have one query about the about the same is here that is Can virus affect the Google Chrome OS? as it is new Os so it has lots of experience about the virus that is with the Windows and Mac occurred. This is completely depend on the Google as they are developing the Chrome OS and if they will follow the security at the time of the development then there can be chances of the security against then Virus. AS there are still discussion going and some say that it will be completely Virus free and some say it is not possible for any operating system to be Virus free.

As this is under development and not yet released so all we can do is just predict about it. This is about to release in the other half of the 2010. and then only we can find the weakness of it. But as the developer says it is hard to believe that virus can not affect the Google Chrome OS. Because the hackers are also working for the Google OS too. So wait and watch

This is an open source operating system that can be available to the all people around the world so people can also take the part in the Development of this OS and share the Ideas and knowledge of there own for the development of it, so there could be less chances of the virus to affect the Google Chrome OS. As per my knowledge the Google Chrome OS has been released for the People as it is the Open source program and any one can access the same but Google shows the smartness and didn't provided the source code for the user so chances of knowing about its source is difficult for the virus developer.
